This paper explains how flood control is carried out in the Kali Lamong river basin area, Gresik Regency, to overcome disasters through construction of dams. To answer this question, uses policy implementation theory from Edwards III and a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection interviews, observation, documentation. Research shows that has been realized, both seen communication by Great River Basin Office (BBWS) initial stages communication, socialization patterns, embankment construction, compensation monthly evaluations monitor policies, as well competent appropriate resources. carrying their duties, supportive bureaucratic structure clear non-overlapping division authority BBWS Bengawan Solo so properly free annual disaster since 2013. Apart theoretically looks at extent which Flood reduce impact flooding Regency dam.
